Tuna Tataki with Pisto Manchego
INGREDIENTS
Pisto Manchego
Extra virgin olive oil
Black olives
Tuna Steak
Soy
Salt
Vinegar
METHOD

First, prepare the tataki. Clean the tuna steak.

Cut the tuna into large, thick rectangular pieces.

Mix the soy sauce and vinegar together.

Sear the tuna steak on both sides making sure that the part on the heat doesn’t exceed 2mm.

Leave the seared steaks in the cold marinade in the fridge for 24 hours.

If they are not completely covered in the marinade, be sure to turn them over.

Cut as many slices of tataki as you wish.

Dress with the Pisto Manchego, black olives and extra virgin olive oil.
