Olives with Iberian Ham
INGREDIENTS
Large olives
25 grs of Iberian Ham
Extra virgin olive oil
30 grs tomatoes
1 Granny Smith apple
METHOD

Cut the apple into small cubes of approximately 1x1.

Mix the apple cubes with the julienne cut strips of Iberian Ham.

Add the olives and a generous dash of olive oil.

Serve on a plate garnished with tomato seeds, previously removed carefully with a knife.
