Olives with Anchovies
INGREDIENTS
Large Spanish gordal olives
Herring fish (cleaned)
Oranges
Fresh chives
Fresh and dried tomatoes
Extra virgin olive oil
METHOD

Cut the herring into 1x1 cm cubes and mix them with the large Spanish olives.

Add the orange segments and juice, the finely chopped chives and both the fresh and dried tomatoes.

Lastly add the red onion cut into julienne strips with a little extra virgin olive oil.
