Asadillo salad with egg and smoked sardines
Ingredients
1 Asadillo Manchego
4 firm red vine tomatoes
8 smoked sardines
2 eggs
1 thyme sprig
1 pellizco sugar
Salt
Olive oil
Sherry vinager
Watercress sprouts

Cut the tomatoes into approximately 1.5 cm thick slices and place them on a tray. We add salt, sugar, thyme and olive oil on top. We put in the oven at 180ºC for 30 min.

Ponemos a cocer los huevos durante 10-11 minutos dependiendo del tamaño del huevo. Enfriamos, pelamos y los picamos fino.

Place the watercress on the tomato, on top the barbecue seasoned with a little olive oil and vinegar, add salt, add the egg on top and the smoked sardine.
