Almagro Aubergine Toast
INGREDIENTS
Sliced Almagro aubergine
100 grs pork loin
20 grs serrano ham
Roasted red Pepper
1 garlic clove
Oil
Parsley

METHOD

Thinly slice the aubergines, fillet the pork loin and finely chop the ham.

Warm the olive oil in a pan and sauté the garlic, add the ham and then the sliced aubergine with the parsley.

Toast the bread slices and place the pork loin on top with the ingredients from the pan. Decorate with the roasted red pepper.
