
Olives with Smoked Sardines and Salt
Clean the sardines, debone and cut into fillets.
Mix equal amounts of water and lemon juice and marinate the sardines.
Drain, chop and cover with olive oil extra virgin.
Open the padron peppers and deseed. Leave the seeds to one side.
Mix the large olives with the seeds, pieces of sardines, add the smoked salt and a dash of oil.
Remove and serve.
