We cut the zucchini and cherry tomatoes.
Add the Manchego asadillo, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, salt, pepper, oregano, thyme and olive oil to the breezy dough.
We close the galette and add the blue cheese.
We paint with beaten egg and bake at 210º for 20 min.
