Chickpeas sautéed with ratatouille and fried egg
Chop two cloves of garlic and fry them in a pan with a little oil, when they start to brown add the chickpeas and fry them for a couple of minutes, add the spices and the ratatouille, cook for a minute and remove.
In another pan with plenty of oil, put the other two garlic peeled and cut in half, let it fry over low heat for a few minutes to flavor the oil, remove the garlic, raise the heat and fry the eggs.
We serve the chickpeas with the eggs on top and some coriander leaves.
