
Asadillo toast with cod
In a glass we put the juice of half a lemon, an egg, the garlic clove and salt. We beat until the garlic is completely crushed, we add olive oil until it has the desired texture and add salt.
Toast the bread and spread it with the aioli, place the asadillo on top and the cod on top.
We finish with a little more alioli and arugula
