Almagro Aubergine Salad
INGREDIENTS
1 chopped Almagro aubergine
1 tomato
Different lettuce leaves
150 g onion
2 teaspoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of vinegar
Pepper
Salt
METHOD

In a mixing bowl add the lettuce leaves, the onion cut into thin strips and the chopped aubergine.

Mix the olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper to make the vinaigrette dressing.

Lastly, dress the salad with the vinaigrette.
