We want to be the most tasty and natural option, we craft all our products from fresh, natural and first quality products. We develop a program that allows us to guarantee the best quality in our products and offer the best service to our customers.


We plant in lands near our facilities located in the Campo de Calatrava and the province of Ciudad Real. We select fresh and freshly harvested products that bring all the natural flavor and quality to our products, the close work with our farmers allows us to guarantee a complete and bidirectional traceability.

Craft processing

We continue maintaining the artisan tradition that identifies us from our origins, 80% of our team is made up of women; artisans full of experience and tradition that put all the care and dedication in taking care of every little detail to achieve an artisan preserves. Some of the products we make, such as the aubergine of Almagro, have four different hands in the different phases of the production process.

Natural ingredients

We select the best quality raw material and cook with natural ingredients of the highest quality such as olive oil, paprika de la Vera, garlic from Pedroñeras, etc. We dedicate all our effort to elaborate products that contribute health, flavor and well-being, our products are ideal to take a healthy and balanced diet.

Quality and Food Safety

The safety and control of food is our priority, therefore our production process is carried out following the strictest quality controls. We are certified in the IFS quality system and our products comply with the strict control program required by the Regulatory Board of the I.G.P Berenjena de Almagro. Our internal laboratory acts systematically developing and carrying out a work plan that allows us to guarantee the best quality and service in our products.

We have new facilities that allow us to combine the most modern technologies with the wisdom of tradition. Our great human team and processing equipment guarantee the best service and quality, the gastronomic days that we carry out regularly in our internal laboratory and the Consumer Attention service allows us to know at first hand the concerns and proposals for improvement of the consumer.
