We want to be the tastiest and most natural choice which is why we handcraft all our products from fresh, natural and top quality ingredients. We have developed a programme that guarantees the best quality products and equally offers the best service to our customers.


We plant on land near our factory located in Campo de Calatrava and within the province of Ciudad Real. We select fresh, recently harvested, quality products that are full of natural flavour. The close working relationship we have with our farmers allows for complete traceability.

Traditionally produced by hand

We continue to use the same artisan tradition today that has given us our identity since the very beginning. 80% of our team are women who take care of every detail with expertise to achieve our artisan preserves. Some of the products that we make such as our Almagro aubergines go through four different stages in the production process.

Natural ingredients

We select the best raw foods that we cook with high quality, natural ingredients such as olive oil, paprika, Las Pedroñeras garlic, etc. We devote all our efforts into developing products that are tasty, wholesome and ideal for a healthy balanced diet.

Food safety and standards are our priority and for that reason our production process follows strict quality controls. We are certified by the IFS quality system and our products comply with the strict control guidelines required by the I.G.P Almagro aubergine governing council. Our in-house laboratory acts systematically developing and implementing a work plan that allows us to guarantee the best quality and service from our products.
