Ripe tomatoes
Toasted bread
Extra virgin olive oil
Garlic

Frist of all, you have to peel the tomatoes. Then, place the tomatoes into a bowl and mix it with the toast bread, olive oil, garlic and water.
Take care with the garlic, my advice is to put just a little bit of it and when you have finished you can add more if you like. Do the same thing with the salt and if it is necessary add a little at the end. It is depending on your tastes of your tastes.
Finally, put this mixture in the refrigerator for a while.
When it is cold enough, add the Almagro Aubergines and you can start to enjoy your meal.
