Our star product is the "Almagro eggplant", prepared with natural ingredients like Vera paprika, garlic from Las Pedroeras, pure wine vinegar, pure olive oil, ground cumin with the best aroma and recently harvested fennel, all of which, along with the control of the Protected Geographic Indication, "Almagro Eggplant", guarantees the quality of this aperitif.
